I know this thread is old, but just wanted to post an update.

After months of back and forth Sprint came down last week and installed an in-building coverage solution in the basement of Yeshiva Chofetz Chaim... which was according to Sprint $14,000 in equipment at no cost!!! You gotta love EECB's!!!!
