New rule in chase? I tried the 3bm and got 2 aPproved but chase rep said its policy not to approve mOre than 2 cards per 30 days. Even if I offer tO close down a card.

TLTS! if i use 2 different tabs on the same browser, would that be considered 2 browsers for a upcoming 2BM ?

If that worked it would be called the 2TM instead of the 2BM

i figured but i thought it wouldnt hurt to ask.
how about 2 different computers on the same network using the same browser (example- hooking up to wifi at the library)?

I once did 2 tabs and i got an error message i dont know if it was because of that,i think 2 browser is safer

I did a 3bm for myself and bunch of family members in aug 2011 and only got 1 pull. i applied for amex prg, business gold, and delta gold. got instant approval in all cases. not sure about chase though, they seem stricter.

also with chase i did an app for my wife and was denied. when i called recon 2 weeks later, they approved the card, but they did another CR pull, just fyi...

I did that on two computers twice. Did not get immediate approval from Chase on either but got it thru recon line

how long would i have to press apply on the second browser while doing a 2bm to be safe that it will only be 1 credit pull, 30 seconds? more? less?

Maybe you'll receive 4 cards. I think I recall seeing s/o post about that once

Just checked citi identity monitor and it's showing 3 transunion pulls from Chase in march (meaning my 3bm didn't work!) What did i do wrong? I froze the E's and I applied for the three cards at the same time (max a few seconds apart) on diff computers. Am i doing something wrong, or is this just a bad YMMV situation?

Did the pulls all have the same date? Were they coded exactly all the same?

They were all the same date (i only see month and year though). What do you mean by coded?

Your hard copy from the CRA will show the exact date. By coding I mean the department that pulled your report. See if they came from all the same department on the same day. My guess is they will be different.
