My initial submission on 6/27 was rejected yesterday, probably because it was a mobile screenshot embedded in the email. I just resubmitted a desktop screenshot yesterday with the bottom of the screen (the "recent activity" part revealing SPG transfer) cropped out for fear of being rejected for this reason. But now that Gary from VFTW has confirmed with JB that transfers aren't an exclusion criteria and that JB's main concern is fraud, I wonder if I should resend the submission with the full screenshot so it's completely unaltered. My concern is that by the time I hear back from them this time, the promo will be over. I called JB and they said they can't expedite my submission.

Alright, I bit the bullet x 1 and transferred for my husband. Unfortunately can't find a time for myself to fly anywhere before 8.31, and my husband declined my suggestion to bring along a kid on his one day trip to pbi. But one is better than nothing, right?

On a somewhat related topic, does anyone have experience (preferably successful) using the Amex Platinum airline credit to buy JB gift-cards? I remember seeing a thread on this topic, but I've been unable to find it. Thanks.

Was just declined bec. the screenshot shows zero flights flown and points weren't earned from flights.
So pissed right now.

In the end a manager called me back, and claimed that the denial was for a totally different reason - I mistakenly put my name in my wife's email request - and matched the both of us.
On a side note there are still cheap $110 RT fares From NYC-BOS at the end of July.

Can you explain ? Jet blue rule is that if the Mosaic member is on the itinerary then all passengers on said itinerary, are included in free cancellation.

If you cancel the flight, aka, you don't fly, they won't credit you the points. Ergo, you just wasted a lot of time and SPG points for nothing, hence the rude awakening.

That wasn't my point. My point was that I can book flights for family and then be able to change for free if cheaper or better options come up, not that I'll get the promotion points.
I thought that is what knowitall meant as well
