I transferred 40,001 from SPG last night and posted at 1pm today to Virgin. Sent email this afternoon to JetBlue for match. Is it random how long it takes to be matched for the promo or if u have status w/ JetBlue (I currently have Mosaic status) is there a chance it may be matched quicker?

Update: called the Mosaic line and they registered me in minutes. Great customer service.

my spg cc is several months old but just registered for online spg account. though i think they automatically create an account when you sign up for card since they had to merge my accounts. anyhow, after talking to several unhelpful agents i purchased points again and im still waiting for them to post (2 hours ago)

Did they merge the new into the old or the old into the new? If the new account number is the one that was kept, you're probably running into the same issue as before with the account being less than 14 days old.

thats possible. how would i know? i tried to cover all my bases to plug these few hundred points and not one worked yet: i transferred some over from another spg account, asked for the points, purchased starpoints, and made enough purchases on card. looks like its just not meant to be...

if everything checks out fine when purchasing spg points, how long do they take to post in account?

Within the hour, but you can transfer before they post.

After receiving the points from SPG to Virgin America . I see total transferred points above 50,000 points and Elevate status still shows red. Should it change to Silver or some other status ?

Thanks for the help.

Thanks, One more question. My Virgin America account have member Since, Expiration and Renewal date and My submission didn't go though and they asked me for re-submission. My wife's account does have that info and she got approved.

Does any one know, If my account is odd or my wife's account is odd.

So both you and your wife have identical information more or less but one of you got approved and the other not?

Sounds odd

The only difference i see , My account has Member Since, Expiration and Renewal date and she doesn't and i transferred some points from thank you network. The screen shot i sent them doesn't have transfer information.

Still the puzzling question i have why my account have  Member Since, Expiration and Renewal date and she doesn't.
