Flew the 13th. base points posted right away, bonus just posted

Ok lets stop this madness now. You really do not need to post if your points posted after a RT flight.
From what I've seen, this is the first report of promo points posting separately than base points.

So I decided to go to Chicago for the day to do the mileage run. Took off at 9 a.m. and planned to leave at 8:20 p.m. I'm currently sitting in the airport with an estimated departure time of 4:35 a.m.
Why? What happened?

Why? What happened?

A couple of flights were delayed and things snowballed. Basically they had to find a crew in ny and fly them to Chicago to pick us up. They actually had to wake the crew up

This is probably the best thread to post this:
I'm flying into BOS and going to the Tigers game this Wednesday.
Does anyone know if Fenway is strict with bringing backpacks and food in?
Officially "16x16x8" is the biggest you can bring in. TIA

Anyone going EWR - BOS -EWR tom?
I am sometimes accused of overthinking things. I am still mulling over whether that accusation has merit.

if i do a turnaround with only 1 hour between arrival and return flights, do i need to leave the gate area and go through security? or can i just go from the arrival gate to the new departure gate with boarding passes printed out in advance?

needless to say no luggage

Dont need to go through security. And fair chance it's the same plane/gate.

In some really small airports which are not built for connections, you will have to go through security again. Think Nantucket airport for example.

Would it still be possible to catch the return flight  (40 minute layover)?

Yes should be real easy, I had a 30 min layover there few months ago, made it thru security with time to spare.

this would be in Vegas, so hopefully not an issue, as the return flight is the last one for the day, and missing it would require overnight stay.
