Applied to Discover in OH, they pulled from TU. Just wondering where others in OH "make use" of Eq credit pulls. (I was assuming answer was discover, but besides for Marc's and 5% offers they don't seem to be too popular anyways...

Can anyone list me cards that pull TU or EQ in NJ?
I'm applying for someone who has a Medical collection on Experian
Thanks!

Since these are all suggestions and not official rules (a cc company may pull from 2 bureaus etc) wouldn't it make sense to freeze Experian? Don't take my word for it, but ask the more experienced ddf'ers if freezing would make sense... Good luck!

yes and no.
you can't score on a 3bm if the first pull is frozen.
but you are right I should go one at a time w/ Chase

1) What state?
2) Do you see a pull on TU or the letter you received says so?

Sorry I guess that is pretty crucial! It was in NJ. I know because I applied to get the ink bold card and I called reconsideration, the rep told me that it was pulled from TU and experian, when I asked him. Btw, he wouldn't bite, said 8 months of credit wasn't enough. It's 15000 dollars in credit. Do you think I should keep trying?

I just applied for a Chase (Freedom) card and the letter said it was pulled from TU. I live in California. The wiki says Experian/Equifax.
