2 diff stories.
Citi pulled my Ex CR even though rep said only Eq.

another story, I applied for the Amex plat 100k offer targeted to my wife in July and it pulled her CR. Called Amex to remove since she did not apply for credit and rep said ok, but instead they added another inquiry in August. Spoke with a supervisor and waiting for a call back to straighten it out.
