Looking for Israel Pesach Hotel suggestions

I am helping family members plan a trip to Israel for Pesach 2012. I am looking for hotel program suggestions.

Main criteria is that it needs to be "Chasidishe Shechita and non-gebrokts only". Ideally it should be a "heimishe atmosphere" and geared for "English speaking crowd" as much as possible.
So far I only got one suggestion for the "Le Meridien Dead Sea" with Tour Plus.

Any reviews from personal experience or experiences of others would be great.

I am trying to compile a list of our options.
