Don't change cards, that will void the coverage.

File a claim with your credit card like you would otherwise.

Well put. My thumbs are too fat for iPhone.  Looking to know if anyone ever made claim on ink card for car rental damage- it says online you get primary coverage if trip is business trip and wanted guidance with that. Thanks.

Thanks, I just saw that ink gives primary coverage if the trip was for business purposes, not sure what that means...I did some work on the trip though, but it was in hawaii😄 Any thoughts appreciated

Looks like you'll most likely only get secondary coverage. You should also file claim with personal insurance, and a police report if you were hit.

Are there any credit cards out there that provides primary coverage?

Why a business one? If you're using it for business rentals, the ink is a better all around card.

I like the amex premium coverage because it's supposed to cover full sized SUVs too. I have yet to total a suburban, so I haven't tested it out yet. Citi should also, I think, but it's supplementary insurance.
Who do you think you are fooling? You think you are going to pull a quick one on your Creator? Good luck with that.
