I got a promotional credit for the delay until a promotion specialist gets back to me. Could be worse.

Not sure why I was bored enough to bother with this. Totally not scalable.

I could look up the times, but it doesn't really matter, as it was added manually. For what it's worth (not much, IMO), the rep said it would have appeared automatically even if I hadn't called.
