This is by far the lowest price ever. It was matched from a tree warehouse website which probably has a price mistake.

Kind of like how people pay more for a 30yr scotch than a 10yr one..

A 30 year old scotch tastes much better than a 10. Unless you can appreciate the aesthetics of a banzai tree it shouldn't make a difference how old or how tall the tree is.
