Considering Israeli planes can't even talk to Saudi air traffic controllers, and vice versa...  (They know what channel to be on for emergencies but it is silent otherwise.)

Honestly, where is the demand for this anyway?
I mean peace is nice, but no reason for unneccesary, unprofitable route.
How about TLV-AUH/DXB?

Probably more demand TLV-JED than TLV-RUH
