Would be absolutely terrible as a computer screen IMHO. Very large screen and lo-res is a very bad combo.

IDK, I've been selling the same size TV from a junkier brand for double the price and it's pretty popular.
I think of it as a dirt cheap extra screen that gets the job done more than fine, not the TV in the den.

I think that's a terrible analogy.
Try turning on a $76 laptop, it won't be functional.

A $76 32" TV is perfectly fine for watching TV or videos, playing video games, using as a screen for a menu/slideshow in a store, etc., even if it doesn't have the best specs.

You also posted a link from Amazon where someone says it would be a great computer monitor when I know than a 32" LED as a computer monitor is pretty terrible.

Regardless, the last 720p LED I posted appears to have been on Black Friday 2014.
