Chase Churnability
« on: July 12, 2016, 07:29:30 PM »
Is it safe to say that Chase cards are generally churnable (provided you're not hit by the 5/24 rule)? I know most sites claim you need to wait 2 years to receive another bonus, but I've read on here about being able to quickly get the CSP / UMPE bonuses again, provided you close the old accounts first and do other things.

Is this the case for all/ most of their cards? I'm particularly interested in the IHG and Ritz cards since they aren't yet bound by the 5/24 rule.

Feel free to pm me if you'd rather not post publicly.

Looks like this one's still open no answers to OP's question though so that's probably why.

Whats the point of having a forum, if not to share information?

The point they are trying to make is that some information is best kept out of public forums like this. If everything was shared openly than everything would die quickly. I'm not saying I like it, I would love to know a lot of things that are undoubtedly kept secret among a select few, but I understand why it's necessary.

If the country blows up, everybody dies.

Its a dilemma. Like with everything, there is middle ground

Not everything has a middle ground

Not everything has a middle ground
There's a fine line between what should be shared and what shouldn't. Thinking that nothing should be shared is crazy but making every single thing public doesn't help anybody either. Dan himself has said he's made mistakes in the past on sharing things he shouldn't have, that didn't stop him from sharing things, just made him more cautious perhaps. If you are in on the elite circles where top secret things are shared, then it's great for you but can elicit bad feelings from people who don't know and wish they did. Both sides are valid, once you know you want to keep it a secret so it doesn't die and people who don't know yet, want to be let in. The hard part is deciding where to draw the line so that everybody gains.

Google has a lot of good, public options and answers to these questions.

That being said - I would love to share some more private ideas / methods with people VIA pm if anyone wants to share .
