What's the best way to get insurance against cancelled/missed flights when connecting in Europe on two separate award tickets? PHL-MAD on AA and MAD-TLV on Elal? Passenger only has AA credit card. Does it help to pay with someone else's credit card? Or should they purchase insurance separately?
