Probably a price mistake. Tolerant Food Organic Lentil Pasta 12oz 3 pk on sale for $7.68 as an add-on item at Amazon. This currently the lowest price on Amazon, it usually runs around $15+.

I find these to be the tastiest gluten-free, grain-free pasta around!

I've never seen it drop lower than $13 and only on this one Amazon listing. The single packs sell for $8.99+ on their own!
