np. yup same way they came out they go back in. Did you need to take out the drum? Mine was too close to the drum that I couldn't unscrew it without taking it out.

Thankfully not. I couldn't get a regular screwdriver in there, and a small one had too little leverage, but I managed it by using a pair of pliers to twist a Philips bit.

nice! Taking the drum in and out is a pain but I know how to do it from a different time when the belt snapped. Live and learn.

I have an electric cooktop, Jenn-air, glass top. One of the 4 burners suddenly stopped working. Any ideas what might be going on?

Its weird because the burner that is now broken actually has the indicator light on that indicates it is on, even though it is off and it doesn't work when you turn it on.

Thanks in advance for any tips.

That sounds like some kind of sensor issue.

...or a burnt out element, loose/corroded connection and other possibilities. With out knowing the model it is hard to give advice.

GE profile convection oven. (approx: 24" W x 12" H x 17" D)
Sounds like it's working. Fan rotates, tray spins.
Doesn't get hot at all.

What could it be?

Door is closed all the way? Sometimes the sensor is broken. I had that once.

it is normal for them to be hot since the hot coils are there. It needs to deposit the heat energy somewhere.

Not sure about the heat level you are describing.

My washing machine is leaking a lot of water from underneath, I found a 1/2" rip in the door seal, can I attribute the whole leakage to that or it might be something else as well ?

You are going to hate this answer. Yes and yes.
The door seal needs to be replaced so start there.
