The door seal needs to be replaced so start there.

I had a leak underneath and it was a 30 minute fix changing the discharge pump. These things are not that complicated even if you never done it before. YouTube is your savior. Good luck!

Do you have a local appliance repair store? Check there as these are common parts and it might be cheaper.

GE profile convection oven. (approx: 24" W x 12" H x 17" D)
Sounds like it's working. Fan rotates, tray spins.
Doesn't get hot at all.


What could it be?
mine just died completely in the middle of preheating and never woke up
and I know a few more ppl with same issue like mine
there is something going around that there is an issue with this particular model being heated over 350 which might of caused your issue as well.
are you still under warranty?
