Yeh, and what about putting new brake pads on a vehicle for one axle $150-$250. The pads can be bought for $20-$30.
Yes cheap pads are 20-30 but any mechanic who is going to pad slap isn't a real mechanic.
Only on DDF does 24/6 mean 24/5/half/half

@CountValentine
I changed the ignitor around a year ago, now this person does heavy baking, like real heavy baking, oven is always on.

Does it make sense that the ignitor is shot already?

 The Symptoms are...
It's just not working well- it takes much longer to get to the temperature setting and takes much longer to bake- I also hear little sounds of sputtering when it's on.

Would not suspect the ignitor. Have you looked at the flames to see what they look like?

What's your take?
It's no biggy to change the ignitor, take me 3 min and have a few floating around the house but don't want to waste my time removing old and putting in new if that's not the problem.

If you have them laying around I would try that first. Always worth a shot.
My guess is gas valve.

Should be many YouTube videos on how to check different valves.

It wasn't in my home, hence for the questionnaire.
My relative was telling me I changed it already, but in the end it was another stove that was changed while the fleishig(meat) oven was never changed, tested it for 5 minutes, looked like it was running nice and strong. Let's hope that was the issue, will hear back from them over the weekend how it went. (Changed the igniter in the end.)
But yes the oven is really dirty filled with dirt and dust, gave a quick cleaning and attached new igniter.

Washing machine is filled with some black dirt, I tried some cleaning solutions, but none seem to help, the dirt comes back with every new load. Any ideas where the dirt comes from and how to get rid of it.

Did you try googling?

 Google your exact question.

Microwave won't power on after power outage likely a blown fuse, is this a safe diy fix or should i rather get rid of it?

Then I guess your microwave won't power on either..
At least my microwave uses power to work.

How long is the average amount of time for an oven to ignite?
Meaning I think it takes too long, ready to swap out my igniter with a new one?
Takes over 8 9 minutes for the oven to reach 500 degrees.
 That the norm?

8-9 minutes does not seem to long to reach 500. My oven takes 9 minutes to pre-heat to 450 and that was right out of the box.
Only on DDF does 24/6 mean 24/5/half/half

36 Seconds to ignite, so it doesn't seem to be the igniter maybe the line where the gas/ fire comes out is all filled with guck and garbage.

Don't think so.
10 min or less is the standard.

Will test it later to see if the flame goes off while pre-heating the oven.

Unless it's the gas valve which supplies the gas when the ignitor is on.(whatever that part is called.)
Will need to watch a youtube video or two on how to diagnose a bad gas valve which goes on when the ignitor goes on. There's a set number of Ohms of resistance for a good working one.
@CountValentine Ever had a bad sensor?
