Oven does not turn on at all - display is blank. (There is power to the unit - ignitor for range works fine)

Did you try it without the Shabboskeeper?  After keeping the oven unplugged for 10 min?

This is gas? Do the burners turn on?
I have not found anything about resetting.
Only on DDF does 24/6 mean 24/5/half/half

Yes, the burners all work.
Got the following form Zman Technologies (the maker of ShabbosKeeper):
It is likely that reprogramming it or pausing during the program update could blank out the oven. In that case you would need a service call right away form GE to replace the board"
First appointment available is Sep 16. After Passover this month has the most holiday cooking.
Would you be able to help me figure out which part ("board") this may be?

My oven randomly goes to broil even when we press bake. Quick Google indicates a control board issue. Make sense?
Yes but can you check it for loose connections. Might have a ribbon cable, unplug and plug back in.
Is keypad worn?

Thanks. Oven is only 4 years old. Keypad is fine. I'll check cable.

Right thread?
How to get the smell out of a front loader washer?
Door is usually left open, but...
Already tried running the cleaning cycle with machine cleaner, smell is still there. Tried cleaning the gasket in the front.

Any suggestions of what has worked for people here?

Exactly what you have done.
The problem is the gunk builds up on the back of the drum where you can't get at it.
Cleaning the gasket the best you can does help. You can check the drain whole in the bottom front of the gasket.

On a similar note my dishwasher smells very bad after a couple days of not using it. I cleaned out the bottom filter but it didn't help

I also tried the vinegar and baking soda but that didn't work either.

any other ideas?

I'm understanding you mean the gasket in the front by the door, correct?

On to the next appliance.
My gas dryer isn't getting hot/drying clothes.
Best user friendly troubleshooting steps to start with?
Gas is on.
Tried unplugging and plugging back in.

Lots of places to start from...
But here's a couple of things to check for...

Like meantioned make sure the gas wasn't turned off.
Make sure you're not over stuffing the machine making it hard to dry.
Check to make sure the dryer vent is not clogged, but that would only effect the time vs the heat. As in both those cases I mentioned it would get hot, just take double the amount of time.
Thermal fuse is common  as well.
Next is to check coils which could have went. And if not that you should check the ignitor which is a common thing to go bad.
If I had the same issue with no heat I would go for those three..

Very informative..

If you're slightly handy, you tube is your best bet and tackle it from there with a multi meter. Or trial and error with the parts.
 Hatzlacha.

Thank you!!

One more point I should have added,
It sometime does get hot, but then other times it won't, irrespective of how much is on the dryer.
It can go for 60 minutes, first 20 minutes not be hot, but at 30 minutes in, start being hot.

Yes. Most have a drain hole/tube for the water that would sit there.

1. Check the drier vent.
2. Check the drier vent.
3. Check the drier vent.
4. There should be a window somewhere on the front panel to view the flame. There is often a small plastic piece covering it. View through there and see if the flame goes on and stays on regularly. If it does not then it is probably the ignitor or the gas valve.

123. So I've checked the vent already, and I feel the cool air blowing out fine when it's cool.
4. I'll have the find that. This is a one piece stacked washer dryer so it might not be as straightforward
