that said, you have to know what you're buying, but in the intervening years (decades?) HD has spent millions building up their commercial business. they already have the DIY crowd in their pocket. they purchased HD Supply and Wilmar, and are expending a lot of effort in getting materials for professionals as well at good prices.
Still need to go product by product, but it's not the same world as it was a few years ago.
