so i'm right now using gogo. i tried using AAHP code, it was expired so opened a chat to the CS and it looked something like this:

So here's the follow up, i just got an email saying with the following:
You are invited to participate in a brief survey about your recent interaction with Lindsay, our GogoŽ Customer Care representative.
We realize your time is valuable and appreciate you taking the time to participate in our survey. In exchange for telling us about your Customer Care experience, we will send you an email containing a promotion code for a complimentary Gogo Inflight Internet session (up to $12.95) the next time you fly!
So i just flew yesterday and used my free code, and just to try, i made sure to open a chat with CS, i told them how valuble that internet session was, that i had time-sensitive business matters which i couldn't accomplish without them, etc. etc. etc. and sure enough, i just got an email from them:

who knows, maybe i'll never have to pay for gogo
