I recently flew Airtran and spoke with Dana. I told her I had a code which didn't work but I deleted it since it expired and then I realized there was an option for live chat. She told me she can't help me and there is no free trials now. So we went back and forth , me saying how I really want to try it out and it's first time etc... And she refused
So I tried the birthday thing! And she offered 25% off. But I said it's not worth to pay 75% for the remaining time I had left on the flight (40min.) so she gave me a one time use code 100% off!
