Any idea if the elal BOEING 777-200/200ER has video on demand as apposed to just a few vdeos to choose from?

I'm Flying alot from yyz to tlv. They charge $25 for wifi for the flight. They also give an option for a voucher. Anyone selling vouchers, as I will be flying alot on elal.
