I think what he was saying is what is best for a yeshiva that maybe miles would not be as valuable for them and cash back would be better
but I don't see it say that they want cashback as opposed to miles...maybe the OP can explain?
he might as wall open a starwoods as he'll get a 20% bonus when transfferring to airline miles which prob are worth more than any cash back program...and rabbis always need miles to travel....
