Right now, I have the "Eastside 65 Parking LLC., 249 East 65th St (Between 3rd Ave & 2nd Ave)" 1 Month Icon Parking Pass for $299.95 instead of the listed $379.00.
As tax (aaprox. 16%) is charged separately by Icon, I would be willing to take off an additional $50, so the total would only be $249.95 for a full month of parking on Eastside.
