Interesting to see, first time seeing the picture of the item like an ebay picture with a Background ...
And interesting to see mixed reviews either the blistic is a real one which is suppsed to work or maybe it's some China copy which is why it has mixed reviews?

I just chatted with ( Ratnesh of) Amazon.  Since it's from a 3rd party seller, he contacted them and they will get back to me within 24-36 hours. And "Thank you for your understanding."


I guess I wait and see.

Usually it's harder to pull more money out of a 3rd party seller, or some more items sent to you, put yourself in his place and what would you do? With amazon it's a huge company so what's 5-10$ to make a customer happy?   But it doesn't hurt to try so good luck!

So it seems I didn't need the screen shot the supervisor that I spoke with said they can see that I ordered 12.  He is contacting the seller to fix the situation - whatever that means.

Worth the hassle? not really, but maybe they will "fix the situation" for everyone who ordered at that price, then maybe I'll feel like it was worthwhile to call.  Oh and I received an extra month on my prime membership for the inconvenience.

I wrote:
I ordered this product as a pack of 12, but you shipped only one. When I placed my order, the website indicated pack of 12. I do not think I should have to pay the return shipping cost, nor is it appropriate for you to charge me a 15% restocking fee.



They responded:
