In your correspondence, you claimed that Barclays policy is that annual fee will be
waived if the account is closed within 60 days of the fee posting to the account. Regrettably, in
review of the Business Card Agreement which governs the account, I have been unable to
confirm this expectation. As a courtesy, on August 6, 2019, the $99 annual fee was credited to
your account. As this created a credit balance, a check was issued to you in this amount under
separate cover which should be received within 7 to 10 days.
