Is this a new card in the chase Ritz lineup?
The offer is three free nights instead of the usual two when spend 5k in the first three month. The annual fee is $450 instead of the usual $395.

Need to know if the Annual Fee can be avoided on this one as well... Also if 5/24 still doesn't apply.

My assumption is they will consider it different cards in regards to matching. The Q is will it be different in regards to the bonus.

Seems like it replaces the existing card.
Club level benefit appears removed.

based on the fact the credit line has to be 15k as per https://www.reddit.com/r/churning/comments/4wbvnr/ritzcarlton_visa_infinite_3_nights_at_a_tier_14/
it might be problematic (obviously it could still be the same as the original ritz which was also originaly 5k crdit line, which you were able to lower afterwards).
if anyone is interested in trying....

Lounge access changed to Priority Pass, GE is now a separate from the $300 annual travel credit, unlimited $100 credits on multi-passenger bookings, a larger bonus, and 10k points for adding an AU, Nice.
