I have noticed that Walmart gift cards on eBay are selling at price HIGHER THAN FACE VALUE!!For example, I was bidding to buy one with face value of $200.00, I lost the bid, but someone paid $204 for it!! Then I saw many such examples. What's going on?

It's not just Walmart. It may be people overseas, that can't shop US stores unless they have a GC.

Between all the promos on eBay bucks portals cc points it can absolutely make sense in some cases
