Short Summer Trip to Europe

Hi,
I am looking to take a short 2 or 3 day vacation to Europe from Israel in the coming weeks, where is a nice place to go?
I am looking to use my British Airway Avios as well if I can.

It's going to be tough finding avios availability. August seems pretty booked up.
