Can be unique to certain location(s). IIRC Shoprite has done that in the past.

I got the paper in both shoprites upstate in Liberty and Monticello and I just purchased the VGC in Shoprite of Avenue I and got the $10 coupon right away. I bought the VGC first and then used it to pay for my order.

they took off for your gift card purchase $10 or they gave you a coupon to spend later?

Shoprite never takes off at the register. Its always a coupon, usually for use the following week. This was different, it was for immediate use. So I bought 6x12 bottles of nestea for $10.62 - $10.

Can I ask Why they went down to only a $1.77 a case of 12? I bought them 2-3 weeks ago for double of triple the price and they were going like hot cakes!? Brother sent me a picture of some cases he bought, I though he was joking now your telling me it's really true! Great price!

you got one? Did anyone here get the coupon without getting that paper op got? Could you only buy certain things with the coupon?

Correct. Since it didn't take off $10, I assumed it wasn't working.

Coupons don't print until after the purchase is confirmed,even though I've seen the coupons print as they slide the products across the scanner and into the bags!

Again...I bought a $200 VGC today and got the coupon when the transaction was done. Then I went and bough those Nestea bottles and used the coupon to pay for most of that purchase. They do not allow you to use the coupon to buy other GCs. Its only for Visa GC of $100 or more. Management didnt even know about it!!!
