Cheapest Israel Tickets for Mid-January
« on: October 30, 2008, 01:14:35 AM »
A dear friend is getting married in Israel around the middle of January, so I'm scrambling to find the best priced tickets for my wife and I.

Any suggestions as to where to look? I know that there have been tons of Israel deals and how-tos posted on dansdeals, but I'm not so savvy when it comes to trip deals.

I see prices have fallen somewhat, assuming because of fuel charges. I wanna make sure I get in before it starts to go up!

Try global tours- they are listed on top of the DansDeals homepage

sent them an email right after posting this, still waiting to hear from them.
However, I've found cheaper deals than they advertise on occasion... we'll see what they say.

Anyone else have any ideas?

OK, I found decent tickets ($900 round trip with Iberia air, x2), but I'm trying to figure out how to maximize this purchase with benefits/miles.

I'm not too savvy when it comes to airline miles and credit card rewards... I know they're a staple of this forum, so I'm looking for suggestions.

I have a Starwood, an "Open" Platinum Business, and a Jet Blue Amex. I don't travel international much, so the only frequent flyer miles I have are with Jet Blue. What should I use to pay for this?
