I believe that’s only in windows 11. Also ditto allows you to search by text.
As was mentioned, it exists in Windows 10 (it isn't on by default - press winkey+V to start it).
The version built into Windows 10 is erased when you shut down and holds a limited
number of entries (I think it's 25), after which each new one pushes off the oldest one.
(Also, if you copy in an incognito/private browser window, it will not go to your clipboard history.)
