Local can certainly be faster (assuming no other bottlenecks) and can probably be used with the need for a working Internet connection.
This. At least, that was the idea.
As to why it will be obsolete - either the eventual absence of internet holes (I assume), or the eventual adoption by Microsoft of something similar.

How is it so different than nearby sharing?
I get that is supports all OS's but Microsoft doesn't seem to care to expand it...

On windows laptops if you swipe to the side with three fingers on the touchpad it allows you to go through all the open apps. When using Microsoft edge it counts each open tab in the browser as an app and allows you to switch from one another using the method I mentioned. But when using chrome which is what I use primarily it doesn’t count the open tabs as separate apps and doesn’t let you switch to one another using the three finger method.

If anyone has any ideas please share.

I appreciate that. Though I was looking to be able to switch tabs using the 3 finger swipe method.

Why not use edge?

Looking for an email parser, that can export data from email to a google sheet.
Free is big bonus for a ddfer.
if it has an attachment parser as well, would help immensly.

Thanks in advance.

it's been a few years but I was very happy with mailparser.io (with their zapier integration)
Workflowy. You won't know what you're missing until you try it.

CTRL + Tab

And to go left one tab, Ctrl + Shift + Tab.

If you (like me) dislike Windows treating every Edge tab as an app for task-switching,
know that it doesn't do it for tabs in an incognito Edge window.

Too pricey for me.
But thanks.

Zapier also has a built in email parser but it's much less flexible. If you already have zapier you can check it out

It works good, but I need it to scan attachments as well. I couldn't find where the zapier parser can do that.

Pretty sure it can't (mailparser.io can)

I just looked at their pricing, it really went up! I think we were paying $10/month and now it's $25
