Talking about Password Managers... Tavis Ormandy (very popular and talented security researcher working for Google Project Zero) posted this week against them... https://lock.cmpxchg8b.com/passmgrs.html. I wouldn't say he's totally right, but certainly makes some good points.

Interesting!

Gotta love this

Good luck to all those that read all those hyperlinked "this"s ;)

It doesn't seem to be against specifically bitwarden, he's saying that a built into the browser manager is more likely to not have certain potential issues. If there is any other manager to cover all security concerns, it would be an open source one..

I've been using https://pdfsam.org/ for years, works really nicely
If it's not free shipping it's not worth it.

Any software that can play Gopro files (.360) besides the go pro player?
The player keeps crashing on me, and can't export it as mp4 to view elsewhere.

What about the programs listed here, seems like there are a number of options:

https://clicklikethis.com/gopro-editing-software/
https://www.movavi.com/learning-portal/gopro-video-editing-software.html

Thanks.
But if you read the description, I can't find a single software that can view .360 files, it can only edit 360 video once it's in MP4 format.
The way to do it, is by using GoPro software and export to MP4, but the Quick crashed on larger files, and I can't export to MP4.
So I now have footage that I can hardly play, let alone edit and share.

Google tells me VLC might play it, though you might need a special version or codec. I’m wondering if your computer (video card?) is sufficiently powerful to play go pro videos if they’re 360-degrees, high frame rate, and/or high resolution.

I've yet to find a program that can read .360 files.

VLC can play the video if I change the extension to .MP4 but it displays it weirdly, meaning it displays the entire 360 in a single flat frame, and I can't do anything from there.

Tried this? https://www.videostudiopro.com/en/tips/360-video/convert-360-video/ Seems like it may work, for a price. but try the trial...
or this (maybe windows store release is more stable? (unlikely, I know, but worth a shot) https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/p/gopro-player/9mw2bvrcg0b2
but the Quick crashed on larger files, and I can't export to MP4.

What does this mean? Whats the Quick?

That might be the problem. The files are like 3GB each. They do open in the player and play, though not too smooth, but in the editor it just crashes. The smaller files I was able to upload to the GoPro cloud and then edit on my phone and export to MP4, but I can't upload the larger files, it errors out in middle of the upload.

In general search for online converters for such resource intense projects.

Perhaps upload it elsewhere and give it to a friend with a more powerful PC (for the GoPro editor) or better network (for uploading to GoPro cloud).
