In general search for online converters for such resource intense projects.
That's exactly what I'm looking for, a converter that can read .360 files.
I couldn't find anything online.

I saw your previous post, the GoPro software is the one that I have the issue with, and the other one can't read .360 files. It can play 360 video once it's in a supported format, but not in .360

I'm going to try the GoPro software on a PC with more capabilities as a few suggested.
Weird that there apparently isn't software that supports the GoPro file format.

Did you try with smaller files? If not try making one and see what happens.

Wasn't able to export in the software but was able to upload and then export through the app.
The larger files fail during upload.

You may need to download the codec to your computer.

Mind to elaborate?

Basically, that is what tells your computer how to decode the file.

Did you try using both the app store version and the standalone exe version? sometimes one may be more stable than the other...

Best depends on your liking and what exactly you want to do (how complicated.)

While the following are classic and safe, always remember to read all windows of the installer and decline and offers they're trying to offer.

Auslogics Duplicate File Finder is probably the most known one https://www.auslogics.com/en/software/duplicate-file-finder/

dupeGuru is another one, probably more flexible and fully free (Auslogics has other premium offerings), https://dupeguru.voltaicideas.net/

CCleaner is obviously a known tool that can do this as well, but it has too many other things in the same package, https://www.ccleaner.com/ccleaner/download
I am trying out auslogics now, it looks really neat! Does anyone know if there's a way to tell it a specific folder to use as master and to select any copies of its files in other places to be deleted?
Workflowy. You won't know what you're missing until you try it.

I would also like to know this.
Also, can I select all duplicates, and instead of sending to Trash or deleting forever, to send it to a separate folder or backup?

There's an option to send to recyle bin if that helps

dupeGuru has a "Re-Prioritize Results" option that you can use to set your "master" folder as the priority.

They have "Send to Rescue Folder" which is sort of a backup that can then be recovered.

I think I found it! In the folder tree pane, right click a folder and then click Select All Duplicates Except in this Folder.
Otherwise I'll try dupe guru but it took hours for auslogics to run this scan so I'd prefer not to have to start over :)

Explain what you mean by motion pictures. (As a term, "motion pictures" just means a regular video.)

https://www.samsung.com/global/galaxy/what-is/motion-photo/
https://www.samsung.com/au/support/mobile-devices/motion-photos/
https://support.google.com/googlecamera/answer/9937175?hl=en

It's saved on your device as a JPG file
Oh, Motion photo is not Motion pictures... (for real.)

The JPG saved on the device is not the motion photo (as seen in the links, you can export GIF or Video.) So if you have copied JPGs to your computer, you do not have the motion photo at all to be able to play.

If they're synced with Google Photos, you should be able to view the motion photo on the website.
