First of all: http://ninite.com - they can create a custom on the fly installer for many popular apps:

Some great windows utilities

4k Downloader
http://www.4kdownload.com/
Great for downloading youtube videos, you can set a default file type to download and then start loading up your queue

Tera-Copy
http://codesector.com/teracopy
Great tool if you do a lot of file copying and need to make sure files copied and can pause/resume (if you are familiar with xxcopy then stick with xxcopy)

Magic ISO
http://www.magiciso.com/tutorials/miso-magicdisc-overview.htm
Free virtual cd/dvd drive from iso and other virtual disks

VBox
https://www.virtualbox.org/
Create/Host VHD's and other VM's, much better then windows Virtual PC (larger vhd's, multiple cores..)

PageMoniter plugin for Chrome
https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/page-monitor/pemhgklkefakciniebenbfclihhmmfcd?hl=en
Great tool if you need to be alerted when an items becomes in stock or any other changes are made to a webpage.
It is all from Hashem and he will continue to give!

Filezilla (client)

FileZilla Client is a fast and reliable cross-platform FTP, FTPS and SFTP client with lots of useful features and an intuitive graphical user interface.
Features

Another good FTP client Cyberduck http://cyberduck.ch/. Originally Mac only now available for Windows

Open source FTP, SFTP, WebDAV, Cloud Files,
Google Docs & Amazon S3 Browser for Mac & Windows.

I have Filezilla but I am looking for another FTP client.  I am looking into Cyberduck.  Does anyone have any good suggestions on a FTP client?

TIA

Office Tabs for Microsoft Office 2010, 2007 and 2003

How resource intensive is this? Office (with multiple simultaneous documents) uses up enough resources as it is.
+1
HSS, you use it?

WizMouse
http://download.cnet.com/WizMouse/3000-18487_4-10907935.html

A must (IMHO) when using multiple screens
---
WizMouse from Antibody Software takes care of an annoying issue in Windows that has only gotten worse as PC screens have grown bigger: the need to click each window before you can use your mouse in it. With WizMouse running, any visible window is active; just mouse over it to activate menus, commands, and links for clicking. Whether windows overlap or are separated by space, WizMouse treats them the same. And not just buttons, either: WizMouse also enables scrolling, even in applications lacking mouse wheel support (though that's an experimental option that can cause "strange behavior" in some systems). WizMouse can also reverse the scrolling direction to simulate Apple's mouse technology.

WizMouse's installer finishes with a Configuration screen offering some additional downloads, which we declined, and some setup options such as Start with Windows, Run as Administrator, and the previously mentioned option to enable mouse wheel commands without mouse wheel support with the ability to set lines per scroll. The only place we want to see "strange behavior" when using the computer is on YouTube, but we didn't need it to scroll with our mouse (which is actually a Rat). We could also activate an option to toggle WinMouse on and off by left-clicking the program's system tray icon, hide the icon entirely, and bring the scrolling window to the foreground. This last option can be especially useful, but we're glad WizMouse let us decide. A system tray icon accesses WizMouse's menu and opens the Configuration screen. We chose to run WizMouse as an administrator, which enables the software in admin windows, to test a bug fix (it worked, apparently).

It was totally easy to test WizMouse: We simply opened three windows, overlapped them, and rolled our cursor from one toolbar to the next, activating anything clickable as we passed over it. And click we did, too -- but the scrolling feature may be better still. Any window our cursor was active in scrolled smoothly, potentially saving a lot of extra clicks when switching rapidly between several open windows. WizMouse is free, so try it and see if it works for you.

I use it. It's kind of buggy, but usually turning it off and back on will fix it. Did you try uninstalling and reinstalling?
Workflowy. You won't know what you're missing until you try it.

Odd! How about uninstalling using a program like Revo that will also delete program files and registry keys?
Workflowy. You won't know what you're missing until you try it.
