dairy
« on: August 10, 2016, 02:44:05 PM »
It's the 9 days and I'm amazed how many people eat dairy in tremendous amounts but scientific and medical studies have shown that most of is adults are lactose intolerant. Is the slice of pizza worth the suffering ? Lefum tzara Agra ? Obviously this is an issue beyond hews etc it really baffles me http://milk.procon.org/view.resource.php?resourceID=000661

I only recently won over my yetzer harah to cut out dairy. I feel the best I ever have in life

We barely have dairy in the house.
No cows milk. Only shredded cheese for the occasional pizza and Mac n cheese for the kids.

Their skin has never been smoother.

Why are you assuming that those that are lactose intolerant eat dairy? Why can't they eat Pareve (i.e. fish, vegetables, eggs and so much more)?!?!?

Agree on skin too, my skin has been smoother.. my face cleaner etc

Like I said, its not a jewish issue, we have hundreds of thousands of pizza shops in america.. etc and of course not just jews eat dairy while being lactose intolerant.

I was just using the 9 says to point this out. Also many of us come from European nations that were lactose tolerant, I wonder if as the generations in america continue, we lose the tolerance?
