A few weeks ago I had a few packages returned to walmart by ups (long story). They refunded about 15% of the items automatically and I had to call in for the rest. On top of that on multiple attempts I was told that they will not refund me despite acknowledging they received the item back (since it as over a month since it was originally shipped) and my only option was to dispute with cc

You can get very unlucky or very lucky with walmart. I got $100 WM GC for a wrong listing for an item (and a full refund), and the $15 GC for the GC glitch awhile back (didnt seperate my email address for orders). The only order I got messed over on was for $3 and paid for with the $100 GC, so im up $112.

Actually Jets are better.

I feel like I've missed something.. I have always been treated really well, better than Amazon is some cases. May I ask what happened? Or is there a link of something you posted?

He is talking about day 2 of this company, he bought something that had a listing (not price) mistake and chose to waive returns, he got the wrong item of course and they didn't want to refund him because he waived returns... that was when the provided costumer service from 8 to 8 IIRC... Dan is fuming at them since then....
