Probably water - your leak is right under the drain pan. Are you using it for a/c now?

Two major possibilities is A-coil pan or humidifier.
1 - Are you using your AC
2 - If so is there water coming out of the white pvc
3 - Do you have a humidifier on the furnace

If it is clogged it would most likely be right at were the pvc comes out of the furnace.
Another possibility I don't want to think about is the A-coil pan has a hole or rusted through.
Have you ever worked with pvc or know someone who has?
You can first try snaking a wire up the pvc. It won't make it through the tee into the furnace but will check most of the pvc.

If it was me I would just cut the pvc then weld (glue) it back together with a coupler.

So the PVC tube is draining water. The AC was running this morning again, and hasn't been leaking. Could a clog have resolved itself?

Yes the clog can resolve itself. A lot of time it is just dust/dirt build up. Mix that with water and it can clog. Enough water can wash the clog right down the pvc. When the AC is running check the drain to make sure water is coming out. Hopefully you are good and I won't have to come over there.

Well that's why I wear one of those hospital masks when I go outside.
  That's the only thing I have in common with the Chinese. 
 That's another reason why I love the winter, get to look normal without having to wear the mask only my scarf around my face. 🤪

So it stopped leaking but now started again. The drain snakes around the whole room, so it's kind of long. How can I clean it out? It's not completely clogged, because there is a little dripping out at the end.

There is a p trap if that's helpful.

I am guessing with that long of a run you have 90 degree turns? This is all PVC?

Ok that helps. Can you see the water draining down the tee?
You can pour water directly down the tee to see if it backups there. This will let you now if the problem is downstream or upstream.
