I'm making a bathroom with a shower and I would like to put in a ceiling vent, but there's no easy path to the outside of the house. Are there any other options? What would happen if I connected the vent to the AC return duct? Or just straight into the boiler room?

No return vents for bathroom or kitchen. You ever walk into a bathroom and ask "who died"? You want that smell throughout the house? 
The humid air is terrible for your AC system.

My hvac keeps on tripping the circuit. Had a.c. Guy come down he said everything's fine after manually flipping back the circuit board of whatever it is called. Second guy I called down claimed it was the contactor. When it still kept on tripping he replaced the compressor but it still trips the breaker! Any suggestions?

Could be the breaker. Try an electrician.

True. For moisture is a little trickier. You can vent into an attic but I'm not super comfortable with that, or run a soffit to outside. Or buy a dehumidifier ,

AFAIK no and it would get hot in the bathroom from the dehumidifier.

It'll still put out warm air. But shouldn't be a big deal if set correctly. Also may want to get one that you can tie into the drain line and not have to empty

Not a piece of cake to put a drain line in a bathroom. IMHO easier to put in a vent.

There's already a drain line in the bathroom. Just have to tie in some plastic tubing, swap out the tailpiece. If the dehumidifier has a pump you can put it under the sink or next to the vanity, out of the way.

I have a heatpump (ac+heat unit) it currently has a non programmable thermostat, I was hoping to switch to a Honeywell programmable one but the wiring is a little confusing, I was expecting to see multiple wires connected to the board but apparently there's only 1 black and 1 white

Is the unit that's installed on the furnace (attached) functioning as part of the thermostat control?

From all the time I've spent so far trying to get my own on a wifi stat I'm pretty sure you are good.

I *think* you can take the 3 wires that are currently not used and connect them as needed based on the instructions of the stat you are installing. @CountValentine may be able to help here.

They aren't cut they are just rolled up, unravel and then strip them.

In the third picture where is the brown cable (5 wires) coming from? Another thermostat or furnace/AC?
ETA: I am confused because of the wiring diagram the white and black wires on the left should power the thermostat console.
