Ok that helps. Can you see the water draining down the tee?
You can pour water directly down the tee to see if it backups there. This will let you now if the problem is downstream or upstream.

Poured it in and it sits. So you think it's likely by one of the turns?

That is a good thing. A fish tape (electrical snake) might work. You wont hurt the PVC.

Want to have some fun? 
Wait until all the water drains out. Then fill up the pvc with a gallon of water. Calculate how much water you used. Then you can figure out how far down the clog is.

Or get a boroscope so you can look while you snake. Some of them are dirt cheap and would work for a basic use like this.

Yeah that's the rabbit hole. You can get semi-rigid but it will cost more. And you can get higher MP camera and/or longer reach but it will cost more.  The cheap ones are fun toys but it gets to around $50 for a decently versatile one.

I was thinking the same it might be too flexible.
I bought one of these for my car to find a leak. It is very hard to get a clear picture of anything. The focus on them is set to  a few inches away and the camera resolution is the same as flip phone from 2000. The top isn't marked so when it spins you can't tell anymore which direction is up down right or left. I got a 25ft one for around that price. Unless you need such a long one for something you are doing don't get that long it's very hard to keep the wire steady with such a long one.

Like anything else, there is a wide spectrum of quality and features for these devices. The link above is for a cheap working one that could be an impulse buy to try it out (and you can zip tie it to a snake so that flexibility isnt an issue.

But if you want the good stuff and are willing to spend $50, go for Depstech

Yeah well, can't solve every problem with the same tool right? Snake + cam is better, can see and push at once

Thanks for the suggestions. So it was leaking a lot, and when I removed the cap from the PVC this time, water started gushing out. I put the cap back on, and came back with a bucket, removed the cap, and let all the excess water spill I the bucket. It was still full until the top, (not sure why I did this, but) I replaced the cap and removed it again, and more water spilled over. (I guess the suction pulled out more water). Once I saw this, I kept doing it, just so as to try to remove as much water when I could. Suddenly, I heard all the water rushing out of the pipe, and it was suddenly clear. This was a few weeks ago, and I haven't had any problem since, so I assume the clog is gone. It must have been forced out by the pressure, like plunging a toilet. (Afterward, someone else suggested using a shop vac to suck out the clog).

I have used compressed air on something like this but wasn't going to suggest it.
