Need help- sfo

Need help planning my trip to SFO in oct 1-2nd week. My parents are visiting us and would like to take them to sfo for 5 days. I have pretty much layed out things to do stuff. I would need best options to book for hotel or a condo. We need a kitchen in the room/condo. I have points from ihg, marriott, hilton, spg and chase ur .. Each is enough for 5-6 days ;D

I do not want to spend cash as of now. I am looing for points option with ihg and starwoods. But I would like to know if there any club vacation invitation in SFO area which gives us free stays in return for 1-2 hours of presentations.
