Got a $100 code yesterday. My second order of a $50 code didn't come yet.

I guess if they wanted they could technically cancel codes that were sent out already but not redeemed.

My $50 and $100 vouchers are both showing as purchased and redeemable.

Maybe log into your Gilt account and see if the $50 voucher is there as well.
