Woke up to Amex reversing the 100,000 points I earned. The offer was for 100,000 miles for $3,000 in spending within the first 3 months. I did what I was supposed to do and spent the money, and was credited the 100,000 points, but yesterday they reversed the 100,000 points that they awarded me. Called them, and they said it has happened to many accounts. What can I do at this point to ensure that these points will be returned to me? TIA
