So it's like Chase QP? Seems different in the following ways:

1. Probably takes more than 24 hours to clear.
2. No mention of fees or limits, see any of that anywhere?
3. Unlike QP, can't be used to receive funds. ETA: Looks like you can receive, by invoicing (recipient has to initiate).

in regards to number 2 look at bottom of this if u do from one citi bank account to another citi account it is def free
