I hate to ask this, and don't mean to sound negative, but do you really want to spend the rest of your life posting amazon gold box deals in a post credit card environment? Wouldn't a normal job pay better and be less stressful? You do seem to have strong working skills. Is being able to work on the go and pack out on a moments notice essential?

Did this post really happen.... MEH!!! Don't poke into other peoples life.

TPG and MMS are owned by the banks.
And Lucky/Gary have direct relationships with all the banks.

Regardless, the numbers make sense today. What will happen in a day, a month, a year, or 5 years from now, nobody knows.

even if they are only keeping up for another 5 years lets say they have the cash to invest in real estate for there entire life

5 years is an eternity in this game. Most of those blogs only started getting into things 5 years ago and back then everything was churnable.

if you have million or a few million you don't need to know much you just buy a few buildings and you make a living from the rent etc.
