if you have million or a few million you don't need to know much you just buy a few buildings and you make a living from the rent etc.
Oh it's that simple? Thanks.
Save your time, I don't answer PM. Post it in the forum and a dedicated DDF'er will get back to you as soon as possible.

Besides, what do these bloggers know about real estate?
Not knowing anything didn't stop them from opening blogs.  :)

How to get rich by jungarmtl:

Make a few million dollars, and invest it.

I think Author deserves a mention. Can spend a long time writing books.

I think Author deserves a mention. Can spend a long time writing books.
Low hanging fruit ideas:
1. Best of DDF
2. Dan's travels (just from classic posts and his trip reports)
Also I'm dead serious... just cut and paste and do some editing and get it on Amazon I would buy it and I'm sure others would.

people like you make sure there will always be good real estate deals on the table... I wondered why there was so many distressed properties...
