yes, it has the hechsher of some rabbanut, the hechsher is hanging behind the desk where you enter

the only place i know that has a better hechsher is in the King David Lounge, by the food they have a mehadrin section

By the foodcourt there is a mehadrin milky restaurant and a mehadrin meaty restaurant. They close on shabbes, full deal.

Dont know the names, there are not that many, so just look. Milky is on the left , meaty (shwarma type) on the right
